Once you install uHook USB Disk Security, it will start controlling the access of USB devices based on whether the device was registered or not.
If the device was registered then, it will block or allow the USB device based on the policy set for a registered USB drive.
If the device is not registered then the action taken by uHook depends on the default setting for an un-registered device.
You can configure these settings in settings tab of uHook control panel as show in the picture below:-
